I'm often asked, what is spiritual direction? 

Spiritual direction is not about direction and telling people what to do. It is about caring and thoughtful listening.  In many ways, it's helping you know what you know. I love hearing people's stories and questions. In spiritual direction, I try to hold space for you to share your story and ask your questions in a non-judgmental, spacious, and supportive environment. 

Spiritual direction has helped me untangle my own questions and challenges. I love to walk with people as they untangle and arrive at a place of alignment and freedom.

 A few things about me...

​

• I am an avid reader. In an average year, I read 60-80 books. I love spiritual books, children's fiction, World War II Historical novels, and banned books.

• I’ve run twenty half marathons and two full marathons, but I prefer long morning walks these days.

• I have an MA in Organizational Leadership. I love the overlap between organizational leadership concepts and human growth and spiritual development.

• I’ve published two journals and one book of Haiku poetry.  

• I’m a golf mom and dance mom, So you’ll find me at a golf course or driving to dance most days.

• Breast Cancer surprised me, but I'm thriving now.

• My family lives in the foothills outside of Boise, Idaho.
